1. Cancellation by Guest
Guests can cancel their reservation by contacting us through phone or using the cancellation option available (if provided) at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation:

2. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
3. Early Check-Out
Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date may not receive a refund for the unused nights unless approved under special circumstances.
4. Booking Modifications
Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability.
If modification charges apply, they will be communicated during the process. Refunds for modified bookings will follow the same cancellation rules.
5. Refund for Duplicate or Wrong Payment
If a booking has been charged twice or an incorrect payment was made, guests can request a refund by contacting us.
A valid proof of transaction is required.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during booking.
7. Non-Refundable Bookings
